Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love every sip and every item you receive from us. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to make it better.

🗓️ Return Window

You may request a return or refund within 15 days of product arrival. Please contact us with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

🔄 Coffee & Tea Products

Due to safety and freshness standards, coffee and tea items cannot be returned. However:

  • If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a packaging issue, we’ll gladly replace or refund the item.
  • If the issue is on our end, we’ll cover all costs. If it’s a shared issue (e.g., carrier delays), we’ll work with you to find the best resolution.

 

Note: Please do not return coffee or tea products. All replacements are handled directly through our support team.

 

🍵 Cups, Kettles & Accessories

We accept returns for eligible items within 15 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • Unused and in original packaging
  • Not marked as final sale or non-returnable

If your item is damaged, incorrect, or missing, we’ll offer a full refund or replacement. No need to ship it back in most cases—just send us a photo and we’ll take care of the rest.

💳 Refunds

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days after approval.
